Introducing the Bantam Tools ArtFrame™ Art Machine System

Bantam Tools proudly announces the launch of the new Bantam Tools ArtFrame™ Art Machine System—designed for professional artists who want to create physical art from digital designs using traditional materials. The Bantam Tools ArtFrame™ offers a reliable, extensible solution to bring artistic visions to life.
The Bantam Tools ArtFrame™ is a professional-grade art machine available in two sizes: 1824 (18x24 inches), and 2436 (24x36 inches). It features custom-designed electronics for quiet, high-performance operation, a magnetic sound-dampening work surface, and standalone operation via micro-SD card. Each unit includes Bantam Tools Studio™ software, which converts SVG files into G-code with ease.
With the Bantam Tools ArtFrame™, artists can use brushes, charcoal, oil sticks, pastels, and pens on materials like paper, canvas, and archival surfaces to produce museum-grade work.
"Artists use tools like Illustrator, Inkscape, AI models, and p5.js. Adding the Bantam Tools ArtFrame™ lets them physically manifest their digital work like never before,” said Bre Pettis, CEO of Bantam Tools.
The machine's configurable toolhead allows pressure adjustment for mark-making tools and is expansion-ready with wiring for extended applications. The rigid gantry enables strong downward pressure for media like paint pens and brushes on gessoed canvas.
“I’m proud of our team’s work in developing this new software and hardware platform that will fuel a new generation of computer-controlled art machines,” said Windell Oskay, CTO of Bantam Tools.
Certified for both FCC and CE standards, the ArtFrame™ proved its durability by running for four months at the Harold Cohen: Aaron exhibit at the Whitney Museum, producing thousands of drawings.
“When I saw the ArtFrame™ at the Whitney, I knew we had something special,” said Lenore Edman, COO of Bantam Tools. “I’m proud to lead our manufacturing efforts in Peekskill, New York.”
The Bantam Tools ArtFrame™ is available now at www.bantamtools.com.
