This lightweight and easy in use clipboard utility will do such job for you. The program keeps an eye on the clipboard and immediately saves it as file as you copy anything to the clipboard.
You can save text fragments from the clipboard in text, html and rich text (rtf) formats.
HTML and RTF formats allow to keep formatting of source text.
If you need to save all the text and images in the single file - choose RTF format and check "merge images and text in one file".
Images can be saved in BMP, JPG, PNG and GIF formats.
To start saving make necessary settings and click "Start" button on the left side. After this each time you copy text
or image to clipboard the program catches it and saves according to settings you made.
